What’s up, Team!?
I’ve got a cool update for you - the most recent video debuts a new editing technique to highlight the ball’s flight path, which I am hoping helps everyone see the tactics even better. Remember, here at the channel, it’s not just about how you hit the ball, but it's also about where you hit the ball. Check out the quick look below!

New Ball tracking technique to highlight where the ball is going!
You can see the new editing technique highlighted in the most recent video and I will try to feature it often because I really do believe it helps players focus on the ball.
Also, you may notice a trend in my recent videos - I am working to get out more frequent deep analysis of tennis points from the tour.
While I will certainly also include total match analysis, these shorter point analysis videos are a great way to teach and highlight specific tactics that you can copy in your game.
Here are a couple that came out this week. I hope they inspire you to try some of these combinations on the court and help you keep your tactics fresh!
New Content Releases!
As always, if you enjoy the match analysis go ahead and like the video and subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already! On our way to 7,000 subscribers!
Tactic of The Week

Shot Sequence
Ball 1: Serving on the ad side, out wide
Ball 2: Return deep cross court, but in the middle of the court
Ball 3: Server’s first ball deep cross, also toward the middle
Ball 4: Returner’s first ball deep cross and wide
Analysis: This is an opening position that puts backhand skills front and center.
There server is targeting the retainers backhand and the returner is sending it right back. In this case though, the returner is a bit more aggressive by hitting their first ball wider and trying to pull the server off the court.
Practicing starting points this way can lead to playing some sharp points where a lot of opportunities open up after ball 4 for this point to go in different directions.
Because so many players love to target the backhand, this can be a good position to practice so you come into that situation prepared!
